Black and velvety as midnight. This is a well-balanced but complex chocolate stout. Deliciously smooth, made with our special recipe which include seven separate grain types.The rich bitter-chocolate taste is created using a complex mash of premium malts including Chocolate Malt, which derives its characteristic coffee/chocolate flavour and aroma from subtle roasting during the malting process.
A renowned pale golden bitter brewed with Jennings well water, Maris Otter Pale malt, and a blend of wheat and oats to create the crisp golden colour and deep head. Goldings hops provide a subtle spicy bitterness and Celeia hops provide a noble floral citrus aroma
Brewed with Maris Otter pale, amber and a dash of pale chocolate malts, and a blend of Fuggles, Goldings and Challenger hops - some of the UK's most respected varieties. These will combine for a glorious deep amber ale, with russet highlights and a warming character. Complex flavours of dried fruits and hints of spice make a perfect beer to savour
An oaty mash with the addition of Hallertau Blanc hops. When combined with a New England-style Ale Yeast, this results in a distinct Rhubarb-like flavour and aroma. Light, fruity and easy drinking pale ale. Challenger hops provide a smooth bitterness, while Australian Galaxy gives tropical and citrus notes. Grapefruit and berry-like fruitiness coming from US Simcoe.
A traditional deep amber coloured bitter brewed with Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. The aroma is fruity and hoppy and on the palate; there is a slightly sweet maltiness that balances an easy going bitterness that is followed by hints of gooseberry, elderflower and grape in the finish.
Cwtch is our very own untraditional Welsh Red Ale. Six malts, two US hops and weeks of Tiny Rebel love and attention go into making this unique beer. Citrus and tropical fruit dominate the taste that is backed up with caramel malts that balance the moderate bitterness.
