Kerrs Farm - Oxgang

An oaty mash with the addition of Hallertau Blanc hops. When combined with a New England-style Ale Yeast, this results in a distinct Rhubarb-like flavour and aroma. Light, fruity and easy drinking pale ale. Challenger hops provide a smooth bitterness, while Australian Galaxy gives tropical and citrus notes. Grapefruit and berry-like fruitiness coming from US Simcoe.
